FAQ's

Please see below our frequently asked questions! If there are still any unanswered questions please let us know and we will be happy to assist you! 

Do I need a Daycare Reservation?

Yes! We will try to accommodate last minute calls if we have the staff and space available, however we do need a phone call, text or email in advance. A reservation guarantees your dogs spot, we cannot guarantee there will be space for same day bookings. You can call, or text

What is Required of me to Bring My Dog?

We require an assessment of every dog prior to attending our facility. We are a social only facility, meaning we unfortunately cannot accomodate any dogs who can't socialize with other dogs. Your assessment will allow us to get a generalized understanding of your dog and build a relationship for the best game plan for daycare and boarding services going forward. 

Why are you Closed Sunday's and STAT Holidays?

We are closed on Sundays and Stat Holidays always, no exceptions. This rule is in place so that property maintenance can be done, and dogs can be cared for un-interupted. We do live on property so your pet is always cared for and monitored on these days, but we are not open for pick up, drop off's or reception services, all those will be availible the following business day.

Does my dog need to be Spayed/Neutered?

We accept intact females as long as they're not in heat. If they go into heat during their stay here they are sent home. We accept one intact male per play group per day, as long as there is no issues behaviourally between the dog to dog interactions.

What Time are you Open?

We are open Monday to Friday 5:30am - 7:30pm

Saturdays 8-5 for Daycare and Boarding.

Reception services are answered between 8-5 Monday to Friday, we do our best to answer outside these times but aren't always availible as we tend to dogs need first!

Grooming is scheduled between the hours of 9-2 an appointment is necessary for grooming.

Early morning Drop off's (before 7am) must be booked in advanced!

What Vaccines are Required?

We require Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella for all dogs 

For Cats we require Rabies and FVRCP

Does The Assessment Guarantee My Boarding Spot

No, we strongly believe in comfort first, if your dog is still uncomfortable or nervous during the assessment we will require further visits before boarding to ensure they're comfortable in our care. If we feel that your dog may not be the best match for our facility we will redirect you to an alternate facility that may be better suited for your pet. 

Do You Feed My Dog?

We do not feed any dogs meals unless it is brought by the owners. Boarding dogs must bring their own food supply, additional fees apply if there's not enough supplied! You are more then welcome to bring lunches for your pets, and they will be fed their food in a seperate area and rested for an hour after the meal for it to digest!

Can I watch My Dog Play

We post videos and pictures on our facebook and instagram page daily for you to enjoy! We do not have a live camera for clients to view, our camera system is for the staff and owners only. 

Cancelling Reservations

Cancelling Daycare reservations must be done 48 hours in advanced.

Cancelling Grooming Appointments must be done 72 hours in advanced. 

Boarding can be cancelled, but the boarding deposit required when booking is non-refundable. 

Applicable Fees will apply if past the cancellation time. 

Are My Dogs Watched All The Time?

Yes! No dogs are mingling unattended, there is always a staff member with dogs in the play group! The dogs are given separate spaces at night and for feedings. We also have a camera system to monitor the dogs through the night and outside even when accompanied by staff.

Absolutely! Please book an appointment with our reception team and they'll be happy to assist you in booking a time!
